Solid Ground prevents and ends homelessness for families with children through housing, resources and opportunity. We offer housing and support for families who have experienced homelessness in suburban Ramsey and Washington Counties.

With more than 3 million children in America who have at least one parent in jail or prison -- the challenges facing the formerly incarcerated and their children are mounting. In addition, research has identified a strong connection between homelessness, unemployment and re-offenders. However, many more community-based service providers and re-entry workers remain overwhelmed due to a severe lack of tangible resources for the formerly incarcerated. Finally, Genesis Joy House presents a pioneering solution to help formerly incarcerated women overcome two of the greatest challenges associated with incarceration. Through providing residential housing and jobs on demand, Genesis Joy House is poised to noticeably impact recidivism in America.

Genesis will serve re-entry transits in the Middle Georgia area. The staggering number of women and men returning from correctional facilities represents a significant challenge that can no longer remain overlooked. How we target this concern will determine how we respond to incarceration for many years to come. Mindful of these challenges, and that limited resources for the formerly incarcerated are linked to recidivism -- we are calling upon our partners and community leaders to help us reduce recidivism in the State of Georgia.

For over 50 years, Community Services Agency has been providing vital social services for residents of Mountain View, Los Altos and Los Altos Hills. We understand that hardship can come at any time and knows no age limit. We provide a safety net so independence and self-sufficiency can be restored and maintained. Our clients may be a young, working poor family or an elderly person looking for companionship

Shelter House, Inc. is a community-based, non-profit organization serving homeless families in Fairfax County, Virginia. Our organization was formed in 1981, when several ecumenical groups came together to better serve Fairfax County's low-income population. In 1985, Shelter House's facility was moved to its current location in Falls Church. In 2007, Shelter House was awarded Fairfax County's contract to operate the Katherine K. Hanley Family Shelter in Fairfax. In 2010, Shelter House became the first non-profit to operate Artemis House, Fairfax County's Domestic Violence Shelter.

The mission of RMC is to facilitate centralized and comprehensive medical care management, supportive services, prevention, education, and research in collaboration with communities affected by and infected with HIV. We are also in the process of opening the first non profit pharmacy in Colorado. CARES Pharmacy where all the revenue will be streamlined back into RMC.

SF City Impact is a non-profit organization that provides relief programs such as feeding, health care, and social services while breaking unhealthy cycles through education, leadership training, and spiritual transformation.
