This week on MSNBC’s The Rachel Maddow Show, Ambassador Susan Rice was interviewed on what guides U.S. foreign policy.  In the discussion, Maddow states, “we just sent 100 combat-armed trainers into Uganda with the notice that they would fire back if fired upon.”  The ensuing counter from Rice is one of the most pithy, declarative explanations of President Obama’s decision and the brutality of the LRA that has been spoken since the announcement on October 14th.
